The league thrives on volunteer commitment and the belief that sport can offer everyone a second chance.

Preamble

We are a community of young and old, men and women, people in recovery, at risk, family members, non-addicted and abstinent individuals from various social and health institutions.
We see ourselves as a self-help community.

Our two main rules:

1️⃣ No alcohol, no drugs – for everyone, before, during, and after the game.
2️⃣ No violence – including threats or psychological aggression.

Through sport, we aim for unity, patience, and mutual respect.

Philosophy

We build alternative sports communities that help confront addiction through sober thinking.
For us, people in recovery, there is no “pause in abstinence” – being clean is a requirement for participation.
We believe that a safe and sober environment enables true freedom of choice.
Sobriety for us means more than avoiding substances — it means being active, taking responsibility, living consciously, allowing closeness, and treating others as equals.
