2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website regarding:
– sports training sessions;
– sales of sportswear and custom uniforms.

3. Contract Formation
Placing an order via the website constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation.

4. Prices
All prices are final. According to §19 UStG, VAT is not charged or shown.

5. Delivery & Sessions
– Products are shipped within Germany via DHL (shipping paid by recipient);
– Training sessions are scheduled individually.

6. Payment
100% prepayment via PayPal or other agreed methods.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom-made products (with names, numbers) are non-refundable.

8. Liability
We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse or participation in sports activities without medical clearance.

9. Applicable Law
German law applies.
